More tenders out the door with the team you’ve already got

The work that eats an estimator’s week is not judgement. It is reading, re-typing, hunting for a rate and checking by hand. CivIQs does that part. Your estimators spend their time on the calls only they can make, and the team that priced four tenders a month prices five, or six, without an additional hire.

The industry is short 141,000 workers for the five-year pipeline. You won’t hire your way out of it. The teams that win the next five years will be the ones that get more out of the estimators they already have.

Not another point tool. The one that replaces them.

Right now your take-off is in Bluebeam, your trench calculator is in a spreadsheet, your programme is in P6 or MS Project, and the estimate is in something else, like Expert or yet another spreadsheet. None of them talk to each other. Every number is typed at least twice as you move it by hand from one to the next, wasting time and adding keying errors.

CivIQs does all of it in one place. A number, a detail or a spec is read once and applied everywhere it is needed, always cited straight to its source.

Pricing

Good estimating software shouldn’t cost you. It should earn you more, through increased tender output, greater accuracy, more tenders won and higher margins.

We don’t publish a grid. Pricing is set for your team and walked through with you on the demo, so you see what it earns before what it costs.

Billed monthly, with no lock-in contract. Cancel any time you like.

Ask us about our no-win, no-fee pricing model.

What you can hold us to:

  • Every number and flag shows its source.
  • Nothing changes your estimate unless you apply it.
  • The AI reads your documents and matches them to your records. It never produces a rate, quantity or quote of its own. Every number you see comes from a stored record, with its source shown and verifiable.
  • Your own data, secure, and never shared.
  • The database is hosted on an Australian server, isolated from every other company, and never used to train AI.
  • We will provide comprehensive training to get your team up to speed immediately.
  • Cancel any time, and your data comes back to you in full.

Straight answers

Is this another subscription on top of Expert, Candy, CostX or CATS?

No. CivIQs is an estimating system, not an add-on. It takes the estimate, the take-off, the trench calculator, the quote comparison and the rate library out of the tools and spreadsheets you juggle now and puts them in one place. If you want to keep your current software for a while, CivIQs can read its exports and complete a review against the tender documents and your history.

What happens to our spreadsheets?

Load them. Your rate sheet, past estimates and quotes become the library CivIQs searches and checks against. If you ever leave, your data comes back to you in full, so nothing is held hostage.

Can we get our history in?

Yes. We will upload one year’s worth of estimates and project data into CivIQs for you, free. You can upload additional past estimates, rates and quotes yourself at no charge. If you have multiple years of data you want structured and uploaded, we quote that separately.

Does the AI hallucinate?

No. It reads documents and finds your own records. Every rate, quantity and quote comes from a record you can open, and the software does the maths and shows its working. If there is no history for something, CivIQs says so.

Where does the AI run, and does it learn from our data?

The AI runs through our servers. Nothing in your browser talks to an AI service directly. Nothing you upload is used to train any AI model, ours or anyone else’s. CivIQs gets more useful as you add data because it searches your own records, not because a model learns from them.

Is my data secure?

Your data is yours, stored in Sydney, and the database itself keeps each company’s records separate from every other company’s. Inside your company, roles decide who can edit and who can only review. Review-only seats for directors and managers are free.

How long before we are using it?

Days, not months. We load your past estimates, rates and quotes, train your team in-house, and you price real work on it from the first week, with us on the phone while you do.

What training is provided, and do I have to pay for it?

Training is included free of charge. We train your team in-house, on your own jobs rather than a demo, so your estimators are pricing real work by the end of the first week. After that we are on the phone whenever you need us.

What does it cost?

We don’t publish a grid. Pricing is set for your team and walked through with you on the demo. Billed monthly, no lock-in contract, and ask about the no-win, no-fee model.

Built by an estimator

CivIQs is built by an estimator, not a tech bro. Luke has been a civil estimator for years, pricing everything from subdivisions and water mains to bridges, wharves and mine terminal remediation.

He built CivIQs because he was tired of late nights chasing unrealistic deadlines, getting lost in a dozen spreadsheets, handling the same data two or three times to price one job, and spending hours hunting for the right information, all on software that only added another touch point.

If you are tired of the same things and want to see how to achieve more in less time, with greater accuracy, ask us for a demo. You’ll be glad you did.
